Lamb Graham Catering & Events emerged as a beacon of community building during the pandemic, initially starting as a pop-up dinner service in the summer of 2020. Founded by former chef, Nina Graham, and events organizer, Emily Lamb, we quickly gained popularity for our inventive cuisine and commitment to our local community. It was a breath of fresh air (and flavors) when most of us were cooped up in our homes!

In 2021, Nina and Emily hosted an intimate 10-course birthday dinner for Emily featuring her favorite foods (aka “Greatest Hits”).  Our friends LOVED the vibes, the food, and the service (PLUS it was a blast for us!), and we thought - “Why don’t we try doing more of these?!” 

After pandemic restrictions eased and folks started going out again, Lamb Graham Catering began organizing special dinner events, transforming ordinary evenings into extraordinary culinary journeys. These events became a cornerstone of our mission to connect people through food, celebrating global flavors and fostering a sense of togetherness.

In 2023, we started to expand beyond pop-up dinners to catering and drop-off meal plans in the Washington, DC area. Our goal was to bring our approach to homemade, creative foods and service to all.

Lamb Graham Catering & Event's journey from a pandemic-born pop-up to a versatile culinary experience exemplifies our dedication to exciting culinary experiences, supporting businesses, and continuing to bring communities together in the spirit of sharing a meal.
